This breathable crib mattress from Naturepedic features 360 degrees of airflow, what may be the world's only certified organic, waterproof, and breathable crib mattress. The removable breathable and washable layer is also a built-in mattress protector. Made from safer, healthier materials such as 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Waterproof surface made from non-GMO sugarcane. 100% Vegan. This breathable crib mattress is made in the U.S.A. with domestic and imported fabric and components.
GOTS-approved accessories include polyethylene waterproofing made from non-GMO sugarcane, steel coils (innerspring)
or polyethylene foam (lightweight) support, steel fasteners, and polypropylene for the interlinings. The breathable cover
uses an elastane elastic band, a TPU waterproof barrier, and polyester fabric backing and thread for strength and durability.
