- Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returns must be approved before sending. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Mattresses — due to the nature of sleep products, all mattress sales are final
- Opened or used bedding — for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made items
- Furniture — see warranty details below

Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photos and your order number, and we'll resolve it promptly — whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.
If a return is due to an error on our part, you will receive a replacement or be refunded in full.
