Description

Our thoughtfully designed silk and merino wool Sleep Sack with open legs is perfect for hot weather. It helps to regulate body temperature and provides great ventilation. It is breathable, lightweight, and very soft.

Why You'll Love It

Temperature Regulating:
The inner layer is crafted from a high-quality, eco-friendly blend of 85% Merino Wool and 15% Silk (180 gsm) — thinner and cooler than our 100% Merino Wool sacks (250 gsm).
Silk has a natural cooling effect, dispersing excess heat and keeping your baby feeling fresh.
Merino Wool soothes the skin and enhances sleep quality with its soft, calming texture.

Breathable Outer Shell:
The outer layer is made of 100% Organic Cotton, wrapping the inner layer in a breathable, eco-conscious shell allowing the two fabrics to work together for your child’s ultimate comfort and cosiness!

Smart Design for Growing Babies:
Designed for freedom and long-term use, the open-leg style allows your child to grow with the sleep sack. Once your baby wakes refreshed (not sweaty!), the foot openings let them walk safely and play comfortably.

** Color variation can occur as these sleep sacks are made from natural fiber. This is not the fault of the garment.

Care

We believe in things that last and want to help your products look good for as long as possible.

How to care for your merino wool products?

Merino needs far less washing compared to cotton and synthetic fabrics. Often, simply hanging your Merino garment outside on the line for a few hours is enough for it to refresh and renew. This is because it breathes better than any other material and is naturally antibacterial and odor-resistant.

Regular airing of your Baby in Merino Products will keep them fresh. When you do wash your garments, always be sure to follow the instructions on the label.

  • Use an environmentally friendly detergent. Wash wool preferably by hand in lukewarm water or with a wool (gentle) cycle, max. 90˚F (30˚C)
  • Never soak your Merino garments, as this destroys the wool fibers.
  • Use only soft spin and do not tumble dry.
  • Press moisture in a towel, reshape, and dry flat.
  • Do not dry wool in direct sunlight or close to a heating source.
  • For protection against moths, store wool clothing in a sealed plastic bag when not being used.
  • We recommend treating your wool garments with an environmentally friendly wool conditioner to preserve their softness and ability to absorb moisture.

Pilling

As our wool has not been treated with a synthetic coating, it may pill.
If pilling occurs, do not despair. This is a natural process where friction causes the short fibers to migrate to the surface.
